If tracking has not updated for a while, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, get in touch. We will chase the carrier with you and put it right.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:
US Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing US Expedited Shipping (if offered at checkout): 2–5 business days after processing
These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control are not the responsibility of Halo Brush Labs.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
International Shipping [If you ship internationally, add rates/timelines here. If US-only for now, keep the line below.] At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue isn't resolved within 3 business days, contact us at zelondigital@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at zelondigital@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Halo Brush Labs purchase. Please review our return and refund process below.
Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
How to Start a Return Contact us at zelondigital@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions, including the return address.
Return Shipping Unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, used products may only be returned if defective. Items returned without contacting us first, or without proof of purchase, may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
